2. Email and Communication Use
- You must not send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or mass email campaigns without proper opt-in consent.
- Misuse of our email systems for phishing, spoofing, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to monitor email usage patterns to enforce compliance with anti-spam regulations.
3. Security and Resource Usage
- Users must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our infrastructure or systems.
- You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or probe the vulnerability of our networks.
- Excessive use of system resources that degrades performance for other customers may be limited or restricted.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content hosted, transmitted, or received through your account. This includes websites, data, applications, and files stored on servers managed by us.
We are not liable for any customer-generated content that violates this policy or the rights of others.
5. Compliance with Service Agreements
This AUP must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA). Violations of this policy may also constitute a breach of those agreements.
6. Enforcement and Violations
- We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including service suspension or termination.
- In serious cases, we may notify law enforcement or cooperate with legal investigations.
- Customers will be notified when possible and given an opportunity to respond or remedy the issue.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this AUP from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
