Role Overview
As a Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive websites. You’ll collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to bring ideas to life while ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, mockups, and visual assets for web and mobile interfaces
Apply UX principles to improve navigation, accessibility, and user journeys
Collaborate with development teams to implement designs accurately
Maintain brand consistency across all web pages and user touchpoints
Optimize designs for speed, responsiveness, and conversion
Conduct competitor analysis and support usability testing
Work with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in web design with a focus on UX
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
Understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript is a plus
Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
Ability to translate user needs into functional, elegant designs
Good communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing previous web design and UX projects
Nice to Have

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
Knowledge of UX research and usability testing tools
Experience working in Agile or collaborative environments
